Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 to use Rabbits. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to your use of it.

An account needs a valid email address and a password, or a Sign in with Apple or Google account, because your warren syncs across devices and a challenge needs somewhere to meet your friend halfway.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for everything done under your account, and for telling us promptly if you think someone else has got into it. We are not liable for loss arising from credentials you did not protect.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam or anything illegal in your name, bio, photo, habits, challenges or messages.

Report a profile, challenge or message from its menu, and block anyone to end all contact with them. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and remove the accounts that posted it.

You own the habits, names, bio, photo and messages you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content for the sole purpose of running and improving the Service.

Your content must not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, be offensive, defamatory or harmful, be spam or advertising, or contain someone else's personal information without their consent.

We may remove content that breaks these terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our discretion and without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to protect your data, but you are responsible for your own backups. We are not liable for loss caused by technical failure, your own error, or account deletion.

The Service, including its content, features, design, artwork, logos and trademarks, belongs to Rabbits and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of it without our written consent.

We claim no ownership of your habits, your data or your personal information.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use and build on them without compensation or attribution.

Rabbits Plus is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play in your local currency. The price and any free trial are shown to you in the app before you buy. We never receive your card details.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling in the app is not possible, because the store holds the subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Plus until the paid period runs out.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, the app returns to the free tier: nothing is deleted, but habits over the free limit become read-only until you are within it again.

Delete your account at any time from Profile then Delete account, or by contacting us. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel that in your App Store or Google Play settings first, or it will keep billing.

We may suspend or close your account immediately and without notice if you break these terms or the privacy policy, act fraudulently, abusively or illegally, or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

Your right to use the Service ends immediately. The provisions that by their nature should survive do survive, including ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If you have a dispute with us, contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally. If it is not resolved within 60 days, it may be taken to the competent court.
